"God has always been planning things for me. That is why I feel I am lucky," says Naga Naresh Karuturi, a man who turned adversity into an opportunity to inspire the world.
Born in a small village in Andhra Pradesh, Naga's life took a tragic turn at the age of five when he lost both legs in an accident. Despite their lack of formal education, his parents dreamed big for their son and worked tirelessly to support his education.
But challenges didn't end there. Navigating life with a disability in a society with limited resources was never easy. Yet, Naga refused to give up. With sheer determination, he secured an All India Rank of 992 in the IIT-JEE exam, ranking fourth in the physically disabled category, earning him a place at IIT Madras.
Throughout his journey, kind-hearted individuals recognized his potential and stepped forward to support him, helping with hostel fees and medical expenses. But it was Naga's relentless passion for algorithms, computer science, and game theory that truly set him apart.
His dedication and hard work paid off when he received job offers from top firms like Morgan Stanley and Google. Choosing Google, he turned his dreams into reality, inspiring thousands along the way.
